Congrats Indiana

Let me preface this by saying if you are reading this, it has not been a good night.  Maybe one of the worst nights in a sports fan can have.  To be so close and to lose a National Football Championship to a basketball school hurts.

This is hard to say coming from someone that has been taught all of his life to HATE the University of Indiana Hoosiers.  But congrats!  You definitely deserve all of the pats on the back, the congrats, and all of the good.  You had a hell of a year.

Arguably the best college football stories in my 46 years on this Earth.  I told someone today, I never imagined saying that the Indiana Hoosiers are the National Champions of college football.  A dominant performance.  When Indiana beat Oregon in Eugene I was like "Ok, pulled one out".  Well I just knew Alabama, being a power of college football, would send Indiana home to get ready for being a DECENT college basketball school.  Then Indiana killed them and the game was over before it got started.  Next up was Oregon.  I knew that there was no chance, ABSOLUTELY ZERO CHANCE, that Dan Lanning would be one upped again by Coach BIGnetti.  Wrong!!  Another murder in the ATL!  Then, like I said, if you are reading this, my Miami Hurricanes couldn't stop Mendoza and the boys in another heartbreaking loss for a Miami fan.

Coach Cignetti... you are one of a kind!  A natural winner!  All he does is win!  His press conferences are gold.  Bignetti, you did it!  Turned a nobody into the top of the college football world!  Congrats sir!

Fernando, congrats!  Your brilliant final college season has come to an end and you are on top of the world!  A Heisman trophy, huge wins, and a probable 1st overall draft pick.  What a year kid!

Congrats to a great fan base!  Hate is a strong word, but I definitely don't like anything Indiana.  That red makes my stomach churn.  But that is coming from a Kentucky Wildcat basketball fan and you all are after all a "Basketball" school.
