      Let me preface this by saying if you are reading this, it has not been a good night.  Maybe one of the worst nights in a sports fan can have.  To be so close and to lose a National Football Championship to a basketball school hurts.     This is hard to say coming from someone that has been taught all of his life to HATE the University of Indiana Hoosiers.  But congrats!  You definitely deserve all of the pats on the back, the congrats, and all of the good.  You had a hell of a year.     Arguably the best college football stories in my 46 years on this Earth.  I told someone today, I never imagined saying that the Indiana Hoosiers are the National Champions of college football.  A dominant performance.  When Indiana beat Oregon in Eugene I was like "Ok, pulled one out".  Well I just knew Alabama, being a power of college football, would send Indiana home to get ready for being a DECENT college basketbal...

      Last night I was laying down about to go to bed, scrolling, and the news of Kyle Tucker signing came across my phone.  In my mind I was like "HOW?!", "WHAT?!?!", and every other confused expression.  How can one team pay the players like they are paying them?  I know as a kid I asked this same question and said the same thing about the Yankees.  I guess it didn't hit me as much because the numbers weren't as big.     The Dodgers over the past few seasons have been basically the "lock" to get the top free agents every off season.  You know how Olive Garden has "Never Ending Salad"?  Well the Dodgers have "Never Ending Pockets" and it isn't fair.  I saw a meme last night after the Tucker deal was announced and the numbers were out.  It showed that between 5 players (Ohtani, Betts, Yamamoto, Tucker, and Snell) the Dodgers are paying over 1.8 BILLION dollars.  Shohei takes up 700 of that million but 5 PLAYERS AT ALM...

      I fell in love with Nolan Arenado's game soon after he was called up by the Colorado Rockies.  I have always had a thing for players that play great defense.  And Nolan is by far one of the best all time with a glove.  Once he became a Cardinal, regardless of my dislike for anything St Louis Cardinal, I still thought of him as one of the game's best players.   When it comes to 3rd baseman, there are not many better.  Nolan has always been one of the best hitters hitting for career average of .282 with 350+ homers.  Nolan has is also a 10x Gold Glove winner.  That ties him for 2nd most by a 3rd baseman in MLB history.  These stats show why he is an 8x All Star.  THE U IS BACK!!! Well, maybe!  One more win and all the pain that the last 20+ years that has been endured will be washed away!  All of the anger after that Ohio State game, well The U got some revenge New Years Eve.  But a W on January 19th will in my opinion wipe it all away! When Carson Beck was at Georgia I wanted to hate the guy.  He was good but he wasn’t one of those “that’s my QB” guys to me.  He did enough to win all the way up to the SEC Championship last year.  He may have been good enough to lead Georgia deeper.  We will never know.  When he committed to Miami out of the transfer portal I was like “EEEEK”!  I was a little scared.  Just from his tendencies to throw to the other team.  But for the U to be BACK we have to be BECK!  I’ve been thinking about doing this for over a year.  And I still don’t know what I want this to become or what I want to say.  So if you are reading this, congrats I guess on finding the subjectless blog. I honestly don’t really think this will have a certain subject or genre I guess you could say.  One day I may be thinking about some certain subject or happening and need to air it out.   You are more than likely going to see a lot about sports.  That’s my favorite everything!  You may see topics about sports memorabilia or sport cards, I love all things about those two subjects.  I love music… I don’t know if I’ll write about it but hey we will see.  Heck, you may just see a 46ish year old man needing to let out his feelings when there’s been a bad day or something amazing happening.   So let’s go… PS or whatever they say:  Let me know what you think even if what I say is straight garbage.
